Policies and Other Information
Due to early flight arrivals, reservations are to be made from the night before to ensure immediate access to the hotel and its facilities. This applies to all scheduled flights arriving before 09.00 AM.
Equally, passengers who have booked on late flights are to reserve an additional night in order to use the hotel facilities until departure. This applies for all scheduled flights leaving after 7.00 PM.
Children policy:
The maximum number of persons in Serai Superior and Chedi Deluxe Room categories is two. The maximum number of persons in a Chedi Club Suite is two adults and maximum two children under the age of 13 years. The children will be accommodated on the existing sofa bench of the suite's sitting room.

Other Disclosures:
There will be a compulsory Christmas Eve dinner on December 24, 2010 & 2011, at OMR 50.000 per person, including 17% service charge and taxes. A 50% discount for children under the age of 13 years will be applied.
There will be a compulsory New Year's Eve gala dinner on December 31, 2009 & 2010, at OMR 105.000 including 17% service charge and taxes. A 50% discount for children under the age of 13 years will be applied.
or cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, the hotel will charge one night's revenue as cancellation fee.
In the event of "No Show", the hotel will charge the full stay as booked.
During special event periods, such as Christmas/New Year and Easter (24th of December, 2010 to the 4th of January, 2011 and the 30th of March to the 9th of April, 2010), cancellations received within 21 days prior to arrival will be charged at full stay as booked.
