For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, the hotel will charge one night's revenue as cancellation fee.

In the event of "No Show", the hotel will charge the full stay as booked.

During special event periods, such as Christmas/New Year and Easter (24th of December, 2011 to the 4th of January, 2012 and the 30th of March to the 9th of April, 2012), cancellations received within 21 days prior to arrival will be charged at full stay as booked.
