- Early departures will be charged for the full lengths of stay reserved and no refunds are allowed for all bookings. Late check outs will be charged a full night's accommodation and is subject to availability.
Children policy:
- Maximum 2 children less than 12 years of age can share their parent's room on complimentary basis
- 50% discount on meals is granted to children between 6 and 12
- Children less than 6 will eat on complimentary basis in the buffet
- Baby cot is available upon request and subject to availability on complimentary basis
- Baby sitter service is available at additional cost, subject to availability, and 12 hours prior booking is required.

Compulsory Gala Dinner
There would be a compulsory Gala Dinner for guest staying over the 31st December 2010 priced at OMR 35 per person.
This rate is inclusive of live entertainment, Gala Dinner and beverages
- Any modification or cancellation should be communicated to the hotel before 48 hours from the date of arrival, and the hotel should approve in written on the requested changes.
- No name changes are allowed. Each name change will be considered as a cancellation; new names will be treated as a new reservation and will be confirmed subject to availability at the hotels discretion.
- In case of cancellation or no show, within the 48 hours, one night will be charged on your contracted rates as cancellation fee.
