Late check-out is allowed till 18:00 p.m. at 50% of the applicable room rate.
Departure after 18:00 p.m. will be charged 100% of the applicable rate.
Late check-out is subject to availability.
Children policy:
Two children up to the age of 12 years sharing parents' room on a sofa bed will be accommodated free of charge subject to availability of a room with sofa bed.
Buffet breakfast for children:
- till the age of 3 years: free of charge.
- from the age of 3 to 12 years: will be charged OMR 5
- above 12 years of age: will be charged OMR 10

For cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, the hotel will charge one night's revenue as a cancellation fee. In the event that a guest will be "No Show", the hotel will charge the full stay as booked.
During special event periods, such as Christmas / New Year (24th December to 04th January), Cancellations received within 21 days of arrival will be charged at the full stay as booked.
