Children policy:
Children up to 18 years of age sharing the parents' room in existing bedding will be accommodated free of charge (on "Room Only" basis, breakfast will be charged at 50% of the published price inclusive of service charge and tax, net of commission).

Other Disclosures:
The hotel reserves the right to apply a minimum length of stay during any festive season, or special events in the country with notice of 45 days in writing. In the event a booking is confirmed prior to the notice, the reservation will be honoured as reserved. Should the hotel communicate a minimum stay period, the hotel will allow a grace period of 48 hours for bookings made prior to the communication date. A supplement of OMR 15 per room per night will apply during the following periods:
- Christmas / New Year December 24, 2009 -January 4, 2010
- Easter 2010
Low Season: Cancellations will be free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. For cancellations received within 7 days of arrival, a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night of the confirmed booking will be levied to the Operator. In the event of a no-show, the hotel will charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night of the confirmed booking and this will be levied to the Operator.
High Season: Cancellation will be free of charge up to 21 days prior to arrival. For cancellations received within 21 days of arrival, a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night will be levied to the Operator. In the event of a no-show, the hotel will charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the full duration of the confirmed booking and this will be levied to the Operator.
