The Al Bustan Palace has the pride of placing on its own beach surrounded by the dramatic Hajar Mountains. Its setting amongst 200 acres of green gardens adds to the opulence of the whole building. The whole property has recently undergone a refurbishment which has improved the already excellent facilities and standards, whilst still retaining the Arabian feel and grandeur of the entire place. The hotel also houses several first class restaurants.

Early check in prior to 12:00 should be booked from the night before to ensure room availability on arrival.
Late check-out is allowed till 18:00 at 50% of the applicable room rate.
Departure after 18:00 is at 100% of the applicable rate.
Late check-out is offered subject to availability.
Children policy:
For one child up to the age of 12 years sharing parents' room on a rollaway bed (only in Deluxe Rooms located on the fifth and sixth floors), the rollaway bed is offered free of charge.
From the age 0- 2 years (up until 3rd birthday), buffet breakfast is Free of Charge.
From the age of 3 to 12 years; buffet breakfast will be charged at OMR 10.000 inclusive of service charge and tax.
For families of two adults and two children, only two inter-connecting rooms can be booked.
Bookings are subject to availability upon reservation.
No children under the age of 12 years can be accommodated in Bustan Lagoon Rooms, for safety reasons.
No children under the age of 16 years will receive access to the fitness room (Gymnasium), sauna or steam rooms.

MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY (CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS)
From the 24th of December, 2010 to the 4th of January, 2011 = 5 nights
From the 30th of March, 2010 to the 9th of April, 2010 = 5 nights
For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, the hotel will charge one night's revenue as cancellation fee.
In the event of "No Show", the hotel will charge the full stay as booked.
During special event periods, such as Christmas/New Year and Easter (24th of December, 2010 to the 4th of January, 2011 and the 30th of March to the 9th of April, 2010), cancellations received within 21 days prior to arrival will be charged at full stay as booked.
