Day One:

We pick you up in the morning and enjoy a Muscat city tour. The tour begins at Muttrah Port where we take a stroll along its corniche and visit the historic Muttrah Souk, where we can haggle with market traders and pick up souvenirs and antiques. A short drive from Muttrah is Muscat where we can view His Majesty’s Al Alam Palace before we proceed to the magnificent Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, the fourth largest mosque in the world and with the world's largest chandelier and hand-woven carpet. We then head south into the Wahiba Sands desert, stopping en route for lunch. We take a short trip across the sand dunes to the camp for the night where we unwind and have the best seat in the house to view the magnificent sunset over the undulating desert dunes.

Day Two:

You'll head inland to Wadi Bani Khalid for a mid-morning swim and picnic lunch in the serenity of one of the Oman most visited and loved Wadi's. You then head across to Al Ashkarah and your nights camping.

Day Three:

After breakfast you will travel on to Sur a port, a place visited by Marco Polo in the 13thcentury and the original home of dhows, you can still see the boats being made today. You can either stay in Sur or travel on to White Sands Beach at Fins for the night.

Day Four:

After sunrise, you'll travel north along to coast to the sink hole and Wadi Shab. The 250-meter sink hole is a natural oasis in the heart of the mountain range, and then you'll have a short journey to Wadi Shab. After that, you'll return to Muscat.
