3 Day, 2 Night Private Tour Nizwa & Mountains

Day One:

You head out of Muscat to Barka before entering Wadi Al Abyad, which is a truly unique wadi with numerous streams and gorges to drive through and with plenty of places to stop and admire the scenery. You will also enjoy a picnic lunch here before heading to the town of Nakhal and Rustaq and through to Wadi Bani Awf and up the mountain to Jebal Shams. Then you continue on the top of the mountains and explore Al Hamra and Bilad Sait as well as Wadi Ghul.  You’ll spend the night on top of the mountain.

Day Two:

You travel down the Hajar Mountains to Nizwa via Birkat Al Mauz, Oman's old capital in the 6^th and 7^th centuries. Its 17^th century castle is the focal point of this captivating old town. With its lush green surroundings, it is admired by all who have visited. You’ll take a stroll along the castle walls and wander through the local souk where you can barter for your wares.

Day Three:

You’ll visit the forts of Bahla and Jabrin before heading home via Tanuf with its old ruins and water springs. You will be dropped off at your accommodation in Muscat.
