2 Day, 1 Night Private Tour Turtles
The Green Back Turtle is protected in Oman and you can enjoy the experience of seeing them in their natural environment. The trip takes you along the coastline where you can enjoy stops in the towns of Quriyat and Sur, famous as the place where traditional dhows are still made to this day. Exploring the wadis of Shab and Tiwi before reaching the turtle reserve at Ras Al Jinz is recommended.
Day One:
You leave Muscat and travel south along the coast by taking in the Bimah sinkhole. You stop and walk through the spectacular Wadi Shab. And then you continue on to Wadi Tiwi and the old town of Sur where you can still see dhows being made today. You also have a chance to travel on to the turtle reserve at Ras Al Jinz.
Day Two:
You’ll travel back to Muscat via Quriyat. On arrival you will be dropped off as required.
